Is there someone you really appreciate? Your mum, dad, a fireman, a nurse, a vet? Are you grateful to someone for their kindness, love, understanding, a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on?
If you are, then why not make a little video to thank them?
Peace in our Lifetime want to raise awareness of Peace Days Global Ceasefire on September the 21st.
Peace is created everyday by people like you and me. If someone has touched your life then why not take the opportunity to acknowledge them, and inspire others. For more information about Peace in Our Lifetime and the steps you need to take to create your own video, please go to –

I have my own Award winning, online, Vegan health and wellness business which I work part time around my acting/therapy work and life. In a nutshell, I get paid to shower and show others how to do the same! My business offers a solution for anyone who needs more money, or more time to do the things that they feel passionate about and to be with the people they love.
I spent over 10 years as a professional actress, and worked in TV, Radio and Theatre (including the National Theatre).
I became a Voice-Over Artist in 1994. In 2009 BBC screened a 16 part animated series I voiced, called Funky Fables
I love having variety in my life, It's important for me to satisfy different aspects of myself and by doing this I feel it adds to everything I do.
I feel very privileged to work as a therapist. It's enormously rewarding for me to make a difference to people, so that they can 'move on' and enjoy life.
You are right, 100% right.
The Lord Buddha says: “Peace of mind is peace of the world.”
We need not to go out for struggling against anyone else.
Let us see with our own eyes, think with our mind,
and translate all the noble thoughts into actions.
Julie,
It is so important to show gratitude and appreciation. So much of what I am is a matter of having the good fortune to be born where I was born. The only reason I can read and write is because of the my birth place. This past century has seen more bloodshed than in the entire history of civilization. It seems senseless when there is so much available. I feel truly blessed.
Thanks for sharing this.
