Deepak Chopra has written a book called Creating Affluence - The A to Z Guide to a Richer Life, and in the front of the book is written 'Affluence, unboundedness, and abundance are our natural state.  We just need to restore the memory of what we already know.' What are your thoughts about that? I know from past experience that when I have been anxious about not having enough money or work, more bills seemed to come in and work got  'thin on the ground'.  I also know that when I have chosen  to relax and  trust that work and money comes to me in abundance, that is what happens! So is it just a 'mind shift'?  I believe that focusing [...]

We all know that laughing feels great but did you know that it's actually good for the body?  I recently found an article about the benefits of laughter... 'Humor is infectious. The sound of roaring laughter is far more contagious than any cough, sniffle, or sneeze. When laughter is shared, it binds people together and increases happiness and intimacy. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use.' Laughter is good for your health Laughter relaxes the [...]

By |2017-01-13T13:08:56+00:00November 3rd, 2010|Habits, Health, Relationships, Weight Loss|

I often work with clients who have issues around food. When I point out that they don't have a weight issue but a 'self-care' issue, something else becomes possible. When did you last do something that deeply nourished you? In our busy world it's easy to put ourselves last and then feel resentful and unfulfilled, but that's not being responsible. Take a look at the different areas of your life.. health relationships career finances home family spirituality Ask yourself,  "where am I not taking care of myself?" Forget waiting for someone else to look after you and start nourishing! why? "because you're worth it!!" Do let me know the ways you are being kind to yourself and the difference that [...]
