Have you ever considered that you are not your story?  (you know the one that we can drag with us from childhood).  

If you don’t like the YOU you’ve become, you can change that.  How?…….by choosing different thoughts, that create different feelings, which lead us to taking different actions which turn into a different outcome.

We are not fixed.  Literally our cells are dying and renewing all the time, so the YOU that started reading this post, is unlikely to be the YOU that finishes it.

When we have a growth mindset we can grow and flourish as we age and keep becoming the best version of ourselves.
